RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. Please read the details below to understand our return and exchange process.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return or exchange an item if:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
  • The item has not been altered, resized, engraved, or customized.
  • The item was not purchased during a final sale, clearance, or promotional event (as these items are non-returnable).

2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and item details.
  2. Approval & Return Instructions – Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and the return address.
  3. Secure Packaging & Shipping – Pack the item securely in its original packaging and use a trackable, insured shipping method to return the product.
  4. Inspection & Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color:

  • The exchange request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The exchanged item must be of equal or greater value (price differences will be charged accordingly).
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

4. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Custom-made or engraved jewelry
  • Resized rings or modified items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards and promotional items

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will provide a free replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.


6. STORE CREDIT & GIFT RETURNS

  • If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or receive store credit for future purchases.
  • Store credits do not expire and can be used for any product on our website.
