  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, promotions, or sales events), processing times may take an additional 2-3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer the following shipping options:

For U.S. Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days ($5.99, free for orders over $100).
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($14.99).
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day ($29.99).

For International Orders

  • Canada: 7-10 business days ($12.99).
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7-12 business days ($14.99).
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-15 business days ($19.99).

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, along with a link to track your package. You can also track your order through our Order Tracking section on our website.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS & ISSUES
